Tom has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, beginning in traditional lending before moving into private lending. He later joined a local hard money lender, supporting acquisitions at foreclosure auctions for a major hedge fund account and individual private investors. He focused on Fix & Flip and Ground-up Construction projects—experience that sparked his passion for working with real estate investors. He went on to serve as an Account Executive with a top non-QM lender, training and supporting brokerages nationwide on DSCR purchase loan programs and unique hard money takeout solutions for investors building rental portfolios.

Today, Tom brings everything under one umbrella, for both residential and multifamily property types—creating a confident true one-stop shop to best serve his investor and broker clients. Known for his attention to detail and client-first approach, Tom prioritizes clear communication and efficient execution to ensure smooth, timely closings. He remains actively involved through ongoing social engagement collaboration with a diverse group of industry professionals and occasional public speaking appearances. Outside of work, Tom enjoys staying active, cooking, and spending time with his family.
