How it works

1. Reach out to a CIVIC Account Executive to refer a new customer to us.

2. Provide us with their full name, and current email and phone number so we can get in touch with them.

3. They’ll receive a credit for their appraisal at the closing table. You’ll then be asked to complete a W-9 and ACH agreement for the $500 to be deposited to your bank account*.

    *Participating Referrers submit referrals via their Loan Originator or Relationship Manager and must include full name, current email and phone number. Referrers may not refer themselves or any entity they are a part of. Any borrower referred to this program (“Referral”) must be a new customer of Roc360 subsidiary brands to be eligible. Referral must close their first loan with a Roc360 brand within six (6) months of being referred to receive a one-time $350 electronic ACH payout; Customer Referrers will receive one $500 electronic ACH payout for each eligible closed loan. Signed W-9 and ACH forms are required from both Referrer and Referee. Loans with multiple borrowers or an entity structure are only eligible for one payout to each Referrer and Referee. Payouts will be issued within 30 days following the closed loan date. Failure to meet any of the eligibility requirements by either party will result in ineligibility for referral payout.
