Nicole earned her degree in Business Administration and Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. Nicole started her real estate career at a Commercial Brokerage firm where she specialized in the sale and disposition of multi-family properties. From there, she transited into the residential real estate industry through her work in single-family fix and flips. As a loan originator at CIVIC, Nicole works to structure deals across the nation, bringing her clients competitive rates. Additionally, she uses her market knowledge and underwriting skills to determine opportunities that meet her client’s best interests.
