Nancy earned a BA in International Management from Pace University in New York City. With over 10 years of real estate experience as a lender, investor, and landlord, she brings a well-rounded perspective to every deal. An entrepreneur at heart, Nancy has also bought and sold two businesses, gaining firsthand knowledge of what it takes to create and grow successful ventures.

Prior to joining CIVIC, Nancy originated DSCR loans at a fast-paced brokerage, honing expertise in serving investors with efficiency and precision. Passionate about helping clients build wealth through real estate, Nancy treats investor capital with the same care and strategy as her own.
