Jay is an experienced, service-oriented Account Executive eager to assist mortgage brokers, third-party originators, and borrowers/investors with their financing requests. Before joining CIVIC, Jay was a Director of Lending at a commercial lender where he originated loans nationwide primarily for long-term financing on asset types including multifamily, industrial warehouses, mixed-use, 1-4 unit investor residential, and income producing land.

With an emphasis on developing relationships with his partners and clients, Jay believes in building rapport and trust. His proactive team ensures that files are moved efficiently with quick turnaround times and straightforward responses. Jay graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
