What is white label?
White label materials are customizable resources such as flyers, PDFs, and social media ads that can be stylized with your logo and company colors. For brokerages with very little time or design expertise, white label materials are an efficient way to enhance your marketing and increase your presence—both online and in-person—among real estate investors. As a CIVIC Broker or TPO, you’ll gain access to a variety of materials (see below), each featuring information on our loan offerings and special programs.

- Print Flyers
- Social Media Ads (square and rectangle format)
- Special Campaign/Promo Ads (included in above templates as available)
How do I access white label materials?
- For Brokers and TPOs with portal access, look for white label materials inside the loan portal under “Tools > Document Library.” Tear sheets and loan brochures are available under the respective product’s menu and marketing materials can be found in “Canva Templates.”
- For CIVIC Brokers and TPO originators that don’t have access to our loan submission portal, please reach out to your Account Executive for help accessing white label materials.
